Patti Buttrick’s professional training courses and therapy help you to overcome the anxiety and fear of public speaking and increase your confidence and speaking skills.
I use therapy and training to help professionals, entrepreneurs, and small business owners to overcome the fear of public speaking and be more confident and compelling public speakers.
Therapy: I use rapid techniques to permanently dial up your confidence, dial down your public speaking anxiety, and address accompanying issues, such as Imposter Syndrome. I work with people online in the UK and internationally.
Training: I run upbeat and accessible training courses with groups of individuals online and corporate workshops for teams in person. I teach powerful skills and tools that enable attendees to have more confidence and be more compelling and persuasive speakers, presenters, and pitchers.
I work with people on a 1-2-1 basis, online nationally and internationally. I aim to create rapid change for my clients typically in 3-4 sessions. I use a range of effective (brain-retraining or neuroscience-based) therapies to address the root cause, rather than just the symptoms, of your public speaking anxiety and related issues. I select the therapy, or combination of therapies, most relevant to you based on your particular issues and history. Helping people to feel comfortable, understood, and unjudged is also a vital part of my work. I use personality and behaviour models, such as Transactional Analysis and the Enneagram, to help me quickly get where you’re coming from.
I offer short online courses for small groups of individuals, half-day workshops for teams in organisations, and 1-2-1 support for people preparing for TV interviews, TEDx talks, or other speaking opportunities. My fees are structured to reflect the transformational results that my clients get and so that everyone who is really committed to changing can afford it.
